Taiya spent her career negotiating, across the U.S. government, with our allies and competitors, especially China, and at times with rebel groups. The work taught her how much depends on numbers that are correct and reliable, and the need to have them fast. Analysis that arrives after the room has emptied is worth nothing.
Speed is what led her to AI, and Phylleos is the result: the numbers a decision-maker needs when they need them, with an account of where they came from and where they are going. She held senior roles at the U.S. Treasury and the U.S. Department of State and worked in private advisory before co-founding the firm.

Every structural model in Phylleos's suite, covering the U.S., China, New Zealand and global builds, is his architecture, along with the calibration methodology and data pipelines that keep them current. Co-author of published dynamic CGE analysis presented at the NZAE Conference, alongside colleagues including John Ballingall.
He now works alongside Taiya on the client-facing platform, which means the interface clients meet is shaped by the person who built what sits behind it rather than by someone translating it second-hand.

Responsible for keeping client data safe and private: the security posture of both the public site and the client platform, and the infrastructure architecture the two run on.
For clients in government and financial institutions, the questions that arrive well before a contract does are his to answer. Who can reach the data, what gets logged, how access is granted and revoked.
Mallory Corlette
Chief Financial Officer
Mallory founded Office Accomplice, an advisory practice that helped more than a hundred businesses build the processes, teams, and financial systems to survive their own growth, backed by ongoing bookkeeping support. She ran it from 2010 to 2022 and remains a partner.
In 2022 she became COO of Skyward Aviation, a Part 135 air carrier, where she built the company's financial systems and runs budgeting and regulatory compliance. It is an industry where careless accounting ends companies.
She lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband and three teenagers.
